Experto helps people in Armenia find the right specialist and book them, and helps specialists reach their customers.
Our mission
We want finding a good specialist in Armenia to be simple and quick: prices, honest reviews and free times visible up front, in your language, wherever in the country you live.
What Experto is
Experto is an online marketplace where businesses and independent specialists offer their services - from plumbing and electrical work to haircuts, tutoring and tours - and customers find them.
Each business has its own page with services, prices in dram, working hours, location and reviews. You can write to a business in the Experto chat, call it, or book a free time online where it offers that. If you are not sure what the job is called, describe the problem to the assistant and it suggests matching businesses.

If you are looking for a specialist
Say what you need
Search by service or category, filter by city, price or free time, open the map, or describe the problem to the assistant in your own words.
Compare
Before you get in touch, look at each business's services, prices, working hours, location and reviews.
Book or get in touch
Pick a free time online where the business offers it, write in the Experto chat, or call.
Leave a review
Once you have used the service, tell others how it went. Reviews appear after a check by the Experto team.
If you offer a service
Register as a partner
Sign up with your phone number and choose the free plan or a paid one.
Fill in your page
Add your services and prices, working hours, the areas you travel to, and photos.
Go live
Your page is published after a short check by the Experto team, and customers find it in search and on the map.
Take requests
Answer messages in the chat and get notifications in Telegram. With online booking, keep your calendar on Experto or sync it with Google Calendar.
What Experto does, and what it does not
Experto connects customers and specialists. We check new business pages and reviews before they appear, and remove what breaks our rules.
We do not perform the services listed, the specialists are not our employees, we do not set their prices and we do not take payment for their work: the agreement, the price and the payment are between you and the specialist. Businesses on a paid plan get a more visible place in search and on the map, and paid placements are marked "Sponsored". The details are in the Terms of use.

Honest information
Prices in dram, real working hours, and reviews written by signed-in customers and checked before they are published.
All of Armenia
Not only Yerevan: a business in any city or village can be listed, and those who travel to customers mark the areas they serve.
Your language
Experto works in Armenian, Russian and English, and it is free for customers.
Your data
We collect only what the service needs and never sell it. The Privacy policy says exactly what we keep and why.
Where we are going
We want Experto to be the first place people in Armenia look when they need a specialist, and a fair, simple way for specialists to find customers. We build it step by step with the people who use it, so tell us what is missing.
